romi gold is a visual artist turned professional cook. Her creative background has greatly influenced the project. she apprenticed under Chefs Toshi sakihara and Tom Rapp, then continued her training in New orleans. She moved to New york and worked for major food group. She currently lives in New orleans, where she runs her conceptual dining projects between brooklyn, marfa and nola.
